First Ladies Flag Collage
This is the second collage of an American Flag. The first one is called "Freedom Flag". This one features positive quotes from a number of our First Ladies. The quotes are not necessarily political, rather, they are about living up to your potential, especially directed towards women. I was in a motivational mode when I created this, probably due to all the inspirational podcasts I listen to.
You will find quotes from Martha Washington, Abigail Adams, Dolly Madison, Lady Bird Johnson, Eleanor Roosevelt, Jackie Kennedy, Pat Nixon, Roslyn Carter, Betty Ford, Nancy Reagan, Barbara Bush, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Melania Trump. I tried to find one from Edith Wilson, but only could find one about her that made sense. I felt she was important because she was truly the first female president of the U.S, or so it is rumored.
Original Size: SOLD
Original artwork is created from magazine pages and glued onto a stretched canvas topped with protective layers. Each is signed, mounted in a black floating frame unless noted, and is ready for hanging with attached hardware. A certificate of Authenticity will be included with the original along with care instructions.
- Prints are limited editions giclees printed on 100% cotton, acid free, archival matte paper. Pigmented inks are used for vivid colors and longer lifespan. Each is numbered, signed by the artist, limited to 250, printed with a white border and mounted on acid free mat board.
- NOTE: Prints 16x20 and larger, will not have the mat board and will be shipped rolled in a tube. My local printer, who does the printing for this size has moved. To keep prices lower, this size is not signed or numbered. The print will ship directly from his gallery.
- Prints are usually ready to ship in 3-5 business days. They are mailed in a large flat mailer via USPS. Extra large prints without mats are shipped in a mailing tube. If, for any reason, it may take longer, you will be notified by email.
- Please Note: The purchase price is for the physical artwork and does not include permission for the copyright. The Artist retains the copyright and reserves all reproduction rights. It may not be reproduced in any manner without the express written consent of the Artist.
